Specializing in cinematic and vivid portraiture, my mission is to turn your moments into unforgettable works of art.
I'm a photographer based in North Alabama. After teaching myself the craft, I had the opportunity to train and gain professional experience while living in Germany. Since then, my work has become award-winning, and published in magazines, and news outlets nationally and internationally.
ABOUT ME
I was raised in Florence, Alabama. My love for photography began when I was a child being mezmerised by antique photos of the town I grew up in. When I was 20, I purchased my first camera, a used Nikon and lens to take photos for memories. My love of history and budding hobby of photography came to a head a few years later. I bought my first vintage lens from the 1970s Soviet Union. From then on, photography became my passion as I continued to experiment with old lenes on digital cameras. As of today, in pursuit of a more distinctive visual language, I've moved away from modern optics. Contemporary lenses do not offer the same level of character and nuance that is absent from modern glass, which is why I continue to incorporate them into my work.
